Check-out notification

The property can customize the days that the app allows the guest to check-out. In addition, they can choose how to inform the guest that they have to check-out, through a QR in the room, email, SMS, etc.

Detailed expenses breakdown

The system consults the PMS directly to obtain the detail of the outstandingg expenses and the concept. The guest can access their expenses associated with their reservation and the hotel receives an automated notification via email with a summary of the status of the client’s account and if there are pending charges.

Settling outstanding expenses

The system allows the payment of pending charges that the guest may have at the end of their stay. In this case, a payment gateway is opened, external to Hotelinking, where the operation is carried out. After making the settlement, thanks to the integration with the PMS, this information is updated automatically.

Automatic process resolution

One day before departure from the hotel, it will be verified that the check-out is the following day. If so, the user will be informed of their upcoming check-out. They will be notified that they can check out through a personalised link. They will be also notified that, should no action be taken, the check-out process will be automatically resolved after the hotel check-out time.

Possibility of requesting an invoice automatically

Once the payment has been made, the guest can request their invoice and receive it by email. The data already provided can be used or new data can be entered.

Management for multiple hotels

If you have multiple accommodations, it is possible to set the system up with each accommodation’s payment particularities, even if they have different payment gateways.
