This is a much more complete type of survey that acts as a complement to the current satisfaction survey during stay that Hotelinking already offers.
This survey allows you to ask your guests more specific questions about aspects of the property and the services you offer. The system allows you to create different categories and types of questions (optional, open, multiple choice, rating, …). To make this easier, we have a default survey with a series of categories and questions.
For hotel chains, the questions may be the same or different for each hotel. If you choose to be different, each hotel can formulate the questions differently on the same category. In the statistics, you will see the general result of the category, regardless of how the questions have been formulated. In addition, it is possible to compare the results between hotels of the same chain.
Personalised surveys allow you to know what your guests think of you, and act to improve.
