What is AutoChekin? 

At Hotelinking, we have developed Autocheckin, an online check-in system for hotels that, in addition to being integrated with the leading hotel management solutions on the market, enables any guest to check in regardless of the channel where they have made the reservation (direct, OTA or TT. OO.).

  • If the customer has booked through the hotel’s website, they will receive an email with a link to check in.
  • If they have not checked in prior to arrival at the hotel, they can do so at the property itself. When they connect to the WiFi network, they will be redirected to a page where they can check in online, without installing an app.
  • Should they have booked through intermediaries (OTAs, TTOO), they can also check in before their stay on the hotel’s website, in a section specially enabled for this purpose. 

Being a 100 % web tool, it can be easily promoted both on the corporate website, pre-stay emails, QR codes, or from any tablet. Fully automated and without the need for the intervention of any receptionist. 

Bookings from Booking.com and Expedia 

However, so that customers with reservations from Booking.com and Expedia can check-in online in our AutoCheckin system more directly, it is possible to set up an automatic email from the platforms that the OTAs make available to hoteliers to manage their hotels on the web.
