HOTELINKING S.L., controller of the website, henceforth the controller, provides users with this document, with which it aims to fulfil the obligations stipulated in Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society and electronic commerce services (LSSICE), Official State Bulletin (BOE) No. 166, and to also inform all users of the website what the usage conditions are.

Through this website, users are offered the chance to access information about the services offered by the controller.

The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and other elements needed for its functioning, designs, logos, text and/or graphics, are owned by the controller or, if applicable, they have an express license or authorisation from the creators or those who hold the exploitation rights. All the content on the website is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations, and also registered in the corresponding public registries.
