Sales Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mallorca. If you have a passion for travel tech, a proven track record in selling SaaS solutions internationally to hotel groups, and a strong industry network, this is your chance to make an impact in a fast-growing company!

What You'll Do
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting hotel groups across global markets.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
- Build long-term relationships with hotel decision-makers, driving client success.
- Monitor sales performance, forecast results, and deliver on ambitious targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure client needs are met.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales/business development in the travel tech sector (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Proven ability to sell tech solutions internationally to hotel chains and groups.
- An established roldex of industry contacts, especially in the hospitality and travel tech space.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus!).
- Strong negotiation skills, with a history of closing complex deals.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
