Reservations made through intermediaries
Should they have booked through intermediaries (OTAs, TTOO), they can also check-in before their stay on the hotel’s website, in a section specially enabled for this purpose.
Online check-in directly at the hotel
They can also check in upon arrival if they have not done so before. For hotel guests with Captive WiFi Portal contracted, they will simply have to select the WiFi network and they will be redirected to a page where they can check-in online.
Reservation search
Hotelinking allows flexibility when it comes to finding the reservation.
The main method will be by locator but there will be the possibility of establishing other search methods such as last name or check-out date, among other filtering systems. If the reservation is confirmed, the guest will be able to continue and check each of the guests in, although there will also be the option for each guest to check-in individually.
It is intended to be a secure system so it will not be for a single field. It will be possible to configure how many hours in advance the check-in can be done, so that when the guest logs in they will find a message that either lets them continue, or informs them of when the process will be available.

Innovative document scanning system
The guest will have the option to choose a picture from their gallery, a document or take a picture. It will automatically detect if the picture corresponds to an ID or a passport. There are different smart controls during the scanning process to instantly verify its validity.
Online document signing
The possibility of signing documents is included, such as the police report or the Covid protocol, among others. These files can be created in different languages and customised by hotel. The information of the documents will already be pre-filled with the correct data already extracted in previous steps. These documents, together with the signature, can be sent together to the PMS cardex.
Real-time email verification
When the guest enters their email, it is verified in real time as it happens with our Captive WiFi Portal. It is important that the email is correct since all the signed documentation will be sent later to the guest’s email.
