Recognise each returning guest automatically

When the guest connects to the hotel WIFI, the system stores the identifier of the network card (MAC address) of each device that the guest uses to connect. This way, when they return for another stay, the system recognises them without asking them for their data again. They are welcomed to the hotel by name with a personalised message in their language.

In hotel chains, detecting returning guests automatically in the PMS is not an easy task. However, with Hotelinking, it is easy to identify when each guest visits different hotels in the same chains over time as the MAC address of each device is obtained.

Every stay is equivalent to a new guest connection to the WIFI. It is possible to establish how many days must go by from the last connection to count it as a new stay. Any connection made within the established minimum period will not count as a new visit.
