Apartamentos Vista Club is a complex located in the town of Santa Ponsa, a few metres from the centre and comprising modern, spacious apartments with lots of natural light and a large terrace with views.
It is the ideal accommodation for a quiet holiday in Mallorca, in a wonderful enclave in contact with nature.
We discuss how it has risen from 3 to 10 points in the Booking WiFi category in just 2 months.
Background
Before contacting Hotelinking, Apartamentos Vista Club had a payable WiFi network for guests, which did not offer very good connection quality and was quite outdated. In addition, it only had 8 antennas to broadcast the signal to the 102 apartments and public areas.
The network set up was designed in such a way that it was impossible for it to support and supply the entire hotel with a good signal.
The project
Our engineers designed, planned and set up a very affordable new infrastructure, taking into account that it was from scratch. In addition, we included WiFiBot to monitor performance, detect and solve WiFi network problems automatically, so that neither hotel staff nor technicians have to intervene, thus making the WiFi network operation more efficient.
Starting position
In the Booking results, which are based on 100 % real reviews, their specific score in the WiFi category was 3 at the beginning of May, when the apartments opened.
