What is the Digital Kit?

The Digital Kit is an initiative by the Spanish Government, which aims to subsidise the implementation of digital solutions available in the market to achieve a significant advance in the level of digital maturity.

It is a programme aimed at SMEs and the self-employed, which offers financial aid that allows access to an array of digital solutions offered by digitising agents. You just have to choose the ones that best suit your company’s needs.

Requirements for applicants

• Being a small business, microenterprise or self-employed.
• Complying with the financial and effective limits that define the companies categories.
• Being registered and having the minimum seniority determined per call.
• The company must not be in crisis.
• Being current in all tax and Social Security obligations.
• Not being subject to a pending recovery order from the European Commission which has declared an aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.
• Not incurring any of the prohibitions provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
• Not exceeding the mínimis aid limit (small).

How to apply for your digital bonus

1. Register in www.acelerapyme.es and complete the self-diagnosis test that takes no more than 10 minutes.
2. See which of our Digital Kit digitisation solutions can help you.
3. Request help at the Red.es website and complete all the steps on the form.

The maximum period for providing applications will be 6 months. However, this period will end earlier if the budget appropriation established in the call is exhausted, so we advise that it be done as soon as possible.

How to use the voucher

The main advantage of this aid is that you do not have to advance the money of the contracted services. Once you have received the aid resolution, you just have to contact us to subscribe to the “Digital Application Delivery Agreement”.

This contract stipulates that, as Digitising Agents, we will directly receive the subsidy by assigning the right to collect the digital voucher aid associated with said agreement.

Next, we will issue you an invoice with the reduction of the amount to be paid for the value of the agreed digital voucher. As a beneficiary, you will have to pay the ineligible expenses (VAT and budget surplus, if applicable).

Once these steps have been followed, we will provide the service, justify the help and receive the voucher amount from the Administration.

Remember that you can redeem your digital voucher to acquire a new digital service that you do not have or to improve a digital service already implemented, as long as it involves a functional improvement.
